Due to my years of experience working directly with smoke alarm compliance, I have been able to attain in depth knowledge of the legislation and the industry to which my experiences are as follows; smoke alarm legislative compliance knowledge, faulty alarm trouble shooting, scheduling, data entry, accounts and office management.

I pride myself on my customer service that I provide to all clients and aim each and every time to ensure every client has the best possible experience when going through Capital.

I enjoy many aspects of my job, one being the environment at Capital, it is so welcoming and each and every person in this company has a wealth of knowledge which is amazing to be working with like-minded and driven people.

I really enjoy scheduling and problem solving (love a good brain teaser of getting a few jobs organised at once in random areas) and I love assisting people and answering any questions they may have as I am very passionate about compliance.
